This molded integral sleeve design for pad mounted distribution Transformer. The liner is molded from a high-performance glass reinforced resin system and copper studs (C11000). We have exported this tri clamp bushing to Korea, Southeast Asia, and North America, and have received a lot of positive comments and no oil leakage has ever occurred.

1. Dimensional Interchangeable:

The molded integral bushings are dimensionally interchangeable with the majority of similar bushings available on themarket. These interchangeable dimensions include: the bolt circle for the integral mounting flange, the tank wall hole size, the conductorstud diameter, the internal connecting of one hole spade and the external threaded size.

 

2. Integral flange

The mounting flange on bushings is molded as an integral part of the bushing. It abates a separate mounting flange.
