Product Description
A wall bushing is a device that allows electrical cables and wires to pass through walls while maintaining insulation and preventing damage. They are typically made of high-quality, non-conductive materials such as rubber or porcelain. Wall bushings are designed to protect cables from abrasion, while also providing a seal to prevent the entry of moisture and other contaminants.
Types of Wall Bushings
We are devoted to design the dry type wall bushing. A dry-type wall bushing is a liquid-free insulation device utilizing solid dielectric materials (e.g., epoxy resin, silicone rubber) for wall penetrations. The common voltage class is 72.5kV, 126KV, 172KV 252kV and 363kV.
There are different types of wall bushings available, each suited for specific applications. The most common types include:
Silicone Rubber / Polymer Wall Bushing: These are versatile and durable, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They provide excellent insulation and can withstand high temperatures.
Porcelain Wall Bushings: These are widely used in commercial and industrial settings, as they offer superior strength and resistance to heat and chemicals.
